our top priority. You may return unused items for EXCHANGE ONLY or CREDIT (NO REFUNDS) towards another purchase within 14 DAYS of your clothing's arrival.

Please call (718-599-2936) or fax (718-599-6529) our office within fourteen days to receive an RAN (return authorization number). We cannot accept any return without an RAN number.

All goods must be shipped at customer's expense unless otherwise specified on this order. Please ship return via insured mail, UPS, FedEx or any other traceable method.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

All items returned must be clean, unused and in original packaging (bags must NOT be torn) with tags still
attached in order to accept the return.

No exchange will be issued if returned product has been tampered with or altered prior to return.
if merchandise has been used, or if products have been further damaged during return shipping as a result of
inadequate packaging.

tao freedom llc has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet these requirements.
